Position Overview:
The Senior Product Specialist for Customer Best Practices will play a central role in guiding the next generations of TeaLeaf software and solutions. This person will be responsible for leading the development of processes and methodology for maximizing the value of TeaLeaf CX Solutions. This role will involve working closely with TeaLeaf customers to develop the tools and techniques for analyzing and optimizing customer experience, and ensuring that effective methods for leveraging TeaLeaf products are well documented, formalized, and communicated. This position will work very closely with key customers and travel up to 50% may be required.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze customer requirements and usage of products, and identify opportunities for leveraging TeaLeaf solutions in new and beneficial ways.
* Ensure clients maximize their return on investment. Help customers extract as much valuable insight as possible using TeaLeaf CX. Work collaboratively with customers to apply analytical methods to discover actionable insights.
* Create, develop and document best practices, and share usage ideas among customers and employees.
* Gather client business objectives and identify key performance indicators, measures and reports for measuring success.
* Using knowledge gained by working closely with customers, influence direction and roadmap for TeaLeaf solutions. Work with product management, marketing and engineers to appropriately prioritize product enhancements.
Requirements:
* 4-6+ years in Product management for a web applications company, a web analyst for an e-commerce company or Big 4 consulting experience required.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and proven success in customer-facing roles is required. Ability to understand customer requirements is critical.
* Technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and interface with the product team. Strong analytical skills with ability to understand web measurement technologies.
* Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills are required.
* Prefer experience working in fast growing startups. Excellent technical depth including an understanding of business intelligence and web applications strongly preferred.
* Creative with an upbeat, great attitude.
* BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
* Proven self-starter with a track record of taking initiative and working independently.
