As an Analyst within the Digital Marketing organization, you will be challenged to leverage your broad and varied marketing experience and analytical prowess to provide actionable insights that drive continual optimization of marketing tactics and strategies. Calling upon a knowledge base that extends to marketing strategy, business analysis, database marketing, and web analytics, you will support assigned business units in all facets of the decision making platform. Responsibilities

• Work closely with Digital Marketing team members and assigned business units to effectively understand goals and objectives and to define measurement strategy and reporting requirements.
• Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for new and existing products.
• Design and conduct analysis, interpret results, and synthesize recommendations.
• Create holistic dashboards and supporting analysis by consolidating data from various sources for presentations to senior management team.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.
• Consult with senior business leaders to identify issues that can be informed by metrics and analytics and deliver high-quality recommendations to address the issues.

Qualifications

Analytical Power User
- Deep knowledge and significant hands on experience in personally leveraging packaged web analytics tools (e.g. Visual Sciences, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.) to drive business value.
- Be able to provide high level of data analysis and insights using Business Intelligence tools (e.g. SAS, Cognos, Business Objects, etc.).
- Ability to aggregate and analyze data across multiple sources and channels (OLA, e-mail, SEM, DM, CRM, E-commerce, website) to optimize website success metrics as well as broader marketing performance metrics.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues and problems with web analytics tool implementations.
- Ability to understand site/page architecture and ensure that assets are tagged and are tracking correctly.
- Ability to establish success, optimization, and operational metrics in alignment with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of appropriate website analytic techniques to uncover optimization opportunities and actionable insights related to business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic recommendations that help exponentially improve key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline (Economics, Statistics, Market Research, Mathematics) with 3 - 5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and functional expertise with analytics, measurement and reporting for new media, interactive marketing and web channels.
• Agency background preferred, candidates with media or direct marketing background encouraged to apply.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with web languages and technologies such as; HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Cookies, XML, and Flash a plus.
